This Privacy Policy describes how Matariya Industries (“Lexur”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Lexur mobile application and related services (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Account and identity
- Mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login)
- Business / company name, owner name, and trade name
- GST number and related GST verification details
- PAN / Aadhaar details where provided during onboarding
- Business address and contact details
Orders and business terms
- Order history, cart contents, and delivery preferences
- Transport name and delivery branch
- Credit terms, discounts, and related commercial settings
- Payment references for offer or order payments (for example UPI transaction details you initiate)
Communications
- Feedback, complaints, and suggestions you submit in the App
- Support requests submitted via the Lexur website or app
- Push notification tokens used to deliver order and offer alerts
Device and technical data
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Basic diagnostics needed to operate and improve the App
- Files you choose to save from the App (for example invoices) to your device storage
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your Lexur account
- Verify business identity (including GST verification)
- Process, fulfil, track, and support orders
- Apply business terms, offers, and discounts
- Send OTP codes, order updates, and service notifications
- Respond to feedback and support requests
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
- Improve App reliability and user experience
4. Permissions the App may request
- Internet access — to connect to Lexur services
- Notifications — to send order and offer alerts (you can disable these in device settings)
- Camera — only if a feature requires capturing an image
- Storage / photos — to save documents such as invoices when you request a download
We do not use these permissions for advertising tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the App (for example OTP delivery, cloud hosting, push notifications via Firebase, and GST verification services)
- Payment apps / UPI apps when you choose to complete a payment outside the App
- Authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain account, order, and business records for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable tax and legal requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access or update profile details in the App
- Turn off push notifications in your device settings
- Request correction or deletion of personal data where permitted
- Contact us with privacy-related questions or complaints

9. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your Lexur account from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Deletion requires OTP verification on your registered mobile number and is permanent once confirmed.
When you delete your account, we remove login access and personal profile details such as mobile number, GST, PAN, Aadhaar, and address from active use.
We may retain anonymised order and invoice records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. You can register again later with the same mobile number, but previous profile details and business terms are not restored automatically.
Account deletion may proceed regardless of order or payment status. For invoice copies after deletion, contact us using the details below.
